What to bring?
Cat in carrier (or on a lead) vaccination certificate. A towel in carrier with the smell of home:
- Diet – We do our best to accomodate all dietry requirements, however, if you want to bring their food, we will ensure they are fed the supplied diet.
- Experienced staff – All staff love animals and have been caring for animals for more than 30 years with a devoted passion for cats.
- Health and hygiene – The Cat Castle is cleaned thoroughly every day. It also has good crossflow ventilation and certified Germ lights.
- Engaging Activities – The cats have multiple levels to explore, a variety of kitty climbers, bridges and hidy-holes (for the shy guys) encourage them to be active. We change the climbers regularly to keep the cats interested and engaged, with the dozens of birds wandering and flit by are far superior to National Geogaphic shows, this natural phenomenon keeps the cats occupied.
- Vet care – we will first contact the owner to discuss, if we are unable to discuss we will take your pet to the vet, all coasts associated are to be paid for by the owner.

Frequently Asked Question's
Please bring your cat’s food, any medication required, and a favourite toy or blanket to make them feel more at home. Don't forget the vaccination certificate and a secure cat carrier.
We accommodate all special dietary requirements. Just let us know your cat’s needs, and we’ll ensure they’re met. You can also bring any vet-prescribed diet foods if required.
Absolutely! We encourage everyone to tour our facility. Please contact us to schedule a visit.
Fill out the form online. The form has mandatory fields and will not allow you to submit until all fields are filled in. Please provide a detailed description of your cat and/or upload a photo. Make sure to click the submit button once completed.
You may supply your cat's food if you would like. We have specialised drawers for food storage.
It's best to leave your cat’s special toys at home, as other cats' smells may affect their feelings towards these toys. Cheap, fun toys are fine, and we also have plenty here. For bedding, a towel with home smells is great, but large beds are better left at home for the same reason as toys.
Treats are welcome and can be brought along to make your cat’s stay more enjoyable. Just let us know if there are any specific dietary needs related to the treats.

This is the second time I have used Cat Castle services & I’m happy to say that the proprietors are very friendly & easy to communicate with.
