Pick Up and
drop off

We recommend morning drop-offs to allow your cat more time to settle into their new space. However, if the afternoon is more convenient for you, we’re happy to accommodate that as well.

Your Special Circumstances

If you need to drop off or pick up your cat outside of our standard hours, please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time. We strive to be flexible and meet your needs, subject to availability.

Please note: an extra fee may apply for appointments outside regular trading hours.
