Vet Care

If your cat becomes unwell during their stay, we will immediately contact your preferred vet. If they’re unavailable or it’s outside their trading hours, we have two trusted vets on call to step in. Rest assured, we will keep you informed every step of the way regarding your cat’s condition and treatment. We are also fully equipped to care for cats with existing medical conditions, so please let us know about any health concerns upon check-in. This helps us provide the best care possible in case of any emergency.

Feeding

We make sure your cat enjoys a delicious and nutritious diet during their stay with us. They’ll have access to:

  • A variety of premium dry foods like Royal Canin and Advance
  • A daily selection of wet foods, including Whiskas, Felix, Fancy Feast, and Dine
  • Plenty of fresh water, with ice blocks available during summer
  • Tailored meal options based on your cat’s specific preferences
  • Optional treats and cat milk for those extra special moments
